I moved to Los Angeles in 2000 and fell in love with the city. More than anywhere else I've lived, LA has something for everyone. Each area of the city has a rhythm, a feel, a personality of its own. When I'm working with a buyer, I strive to find them not just a property, but a neighborhood to call home. My own neighborhood is an area of the city known as Olympic Hills, which stretches from Olympic Blvd to Pico Blvd and from Beverly Dr to the Century City border.
Nothing feels like owning your own home. In some way, those walls, that floor, the view out the front window become a part of you. That's one of the reasons selling your home, even if it's for the happiest of reasons, can be a stressful process. As a listing agent, I use every online resource, from social media to creating a property website to making sure your listing is searchable on the broad spectrum of property listing websites like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc., to streamline the marketing of your home and show it in the best light possible.
While technology is a great tool, I firmly believe that seeing things in person is the only way to really know a property. I'm out every week seeing the new listings and keeping on top of the price reductions. When I host an open house, I love meeting new people and making them feel welcome while showing the property for sale in the best light possible.
